GIANNIS TO SIGN SUPERMAX CONTRACT WITH MIAMI OR GOLDEN STATE ? |GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO SUPERMAX CONTRACT|

Image
The Bucks are getting to offer Giannis Antetokounmpo the five-year super-max extension as soon as representation begins, consistent with The Athletic's Shams Charania. While the beginning of representation has reportedly been delayed from mid-October and no new date is about, the super-max deal would be worth five years and quite $230 million, if the salary cap remains projected at $115 million. Antetokounmpo will become an unrestricted free agent after the 2020–21 season. But the discussion about his future is already in high gear. After the Bucks' recent 4–1 exit to the Heat in the Eastern Conference semifinals, he was asked about his future with Milwaukee and whether he might request a trade. “It’s not happening. That’s not happening," the 2018–19 league MVP told Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes when asked whether he would invite a trade if he couldn't reach a contract extension with the Bucks. “Some see a wall and enter [another direction]. I plow through it. We jus...

Why will we want to jump off a cliff?

Image
Hey, everybody. I'm li4nishant on April 22nd,2020  Dean Potter, a celebrated extreme sportsman and a fellow climber, Graham Hunt jumped off a seventy five hundred foot cliff in Yosemite park with the goal of Wing suit flying through the rocky cliffs before parachuting to safety. Both men crashed while trying to fly through an outcropping and were found dead many hours later. Base Jumping is an acronym for buildings, antennas, spans like bridges and earth cliffs and mountain tops. They're all places to leap from while wearing a wing suit, a parachute or both. A minimum of 383 people have died from Base jumping thus far. Aren't we all programmed to survive? Why will we risk death for a thrill? Around 800 people have died climbing the mountains of Nepal, which incorporates Everest.Annually nearly twenty two people die from skydiving. And even scuba sees about 80-100 deaths annually. Skateboarding also has 40 deaths in annual alone.  Psychologists believe we per...

Should movies stop showing violence ??????? Negative impact of action movies on youths.

Image
The last few years have seen an increase in violence in movies. Action movies seem to get more 'audience' than the previous movies each year and therefore , more violence is shown in the movie. Many people complain that the violence is influencing our youths which causes many youths to be fascinated by violence, eventually get influenced by the violence and go crazy or go on a killing spree or something similar. Violence in movies in some ways affect youth and people in the society. It affects peoples's view of themselves other people, the world and peoples thought on certain things. For example if a certain person is racist and believes in racism , he may watch a movie which displays racial discrimination and after viewing violent action against any minority race he might be more encouraged to do so. We can take this as an example of someones's belief or values and attitude being affected by violence in movies. It is believed that whatever is seen at the ...

ARE ELITE ATHLETES ROLE MODELS FOR ONE LIVING IN DEVELOPING NATIONS ?

Image
From the beginning of time, man has looked outside of himself for examples of strength , leadership, and guidance. Perhaps it is an acknowledgement of a human defect. Even the mythological gods possessed powers beyond those of simple men . Legends and stories  tell of men with superhuman strength, endurance and wisdom .So why would it not seem natural for that same kind of idolatry to be transferred to other human beings with great physical performances ???? Idolizing may be a sign of human defect, but it is natural for someone to see a character performing extraordinary feats and pretend, even for the slightest moment, that they themselves have that kind of power. This is the reason why people from our civilization is so attracted to sports figures, because we see people who are mortal and similar to us do things with their body that we cannot do or we have not seen before. Children look up to these sports figures as "idols" who are invincible. And because so ma...
